Integrated Command and Control Centre for PCMC Smart City
Location – Akurdi, Pimpri-Chinchwad
Area – Approx-6000 sqft
The peripheral office space on the first floor that looks onto a double height staircase well is designed in glass walls for maximum light to percolate inside. An old public building was converted to use as the ICCC office. Veneer and glass are the highlight materials showcased in the design. Working out a technically balanced plan for a Control center in the existing old building was a challenge which the JPA team has successfully accomplished.
