Velas is very small town on the western coast, in Konkan. Now it is gearing up to fulfill the need of a huge inflow of population for this event. Many old, small houses were converted in ‘Tourist Lodge’. Similarly, our client was interested in building a new structure with proper amenities to fulfill tourists' demands. We have provided single rooms with toilets & dormitories on the ground floor and first floor. All local material is planned like laterite stone and coba flooring.
